JAX’s roots remain firmly embedded in Java, but the industry is now about far more than just the language and platform alone: it's about a new generation of web technologies and cloud based services, sophisticated architectural decisions for maximum flexibility and scalability, integration of Big Data technologies, and on the client side, the rise of powerful web apps and mobile post-PC devices. We aim to curate a conference with a nucleus of Enterprise and Core Java topics, but one that also reflects the industry’s hottest trends and considers the part Java will play. Please submit a proposal based on one of the topics or themes detailed below and make sure that it provides real value for the attendees - no marketing buzz but the real stuff that empowers people to do really great work.
